Informed consent

Each Patient gives his or her consent by putting their signatures to medical documentation of the institution where the surgery is performed in presence of the anaesthesiologist.

The Informed Consent to a Surgical Operation is signed by each Patient on the day of his or her surgery in presence of the operating surgeon.
The Patients signing the Informed Consent to a Surgical Operation certify that they have no doubts why they decide to have a surgical operation performed. They certify that they had enough time to become familiar with all the information about their diseases through asking their surgeons questions and that they are aware of the threats/complications carried by the surgery they are about to undergo as well as by the trhreats/complications that might occur during the anaesthesia.
